This is off of the other threads that were sparked by me, and off of the Klondike ice cream bar commercial. What lengths would you go to for gaming?
I would give up candy for a year to keep gaming! Keep it real, keep it funny! |

Re: What would you do for gaming?
assuming that not performing this sacrifice will keep me from gaming ever again, I would give up one of my non-essential fingers or toes, as long as it would not keep me from joining the military. Not really that big a loss if you think about it.

As for my self, I would give up TV or going to the movies (just one). I do both of them so rareley that it wouldn't be too much a lose, as long as I could game during that time.

Re: What would you do for gaming?
I would give up hours and hours of time I could otherwise spend learning another language, professional development, home improvement projects, or just generally being a more responsible "adult"..........

Re: What would you do for gaming?
I'd suffer through my wife complaining about how much time I spend gaming. I'd also drop ridiculous amounts of money on hardware that, were it in a console, would cost 75% less. I'd put up with bug-laden software, smacktards on practically ever server, and nagging repetitive stress injuries induced my WASD keys.
Wait, I already do all that. You want me to give up something else, too? Oh, what the hell, how about sex? I'm married anyway.
