As I understand it the border cross in this case was over the Rio Grande river which is a very definitive border.

Everyone has overlooked the obvious. Hire this guy and let him patrol our borders.

Does anyone know what the Mexican gov't is doing about any of the allegations? The only things I've found was that they denied the military was involved and the other was they pointed the finger at us:

It appears they're going to sit on their hands for this one. I could find no reports of them investigating the accusations or doing anything else otherwise.
