no i think we are ging way above our station, we have had the thread title illustrating language filter, and people callin others in here insensative for joking about the words discussed. the fact is racism in the work place is one thing, but the petty kinda crap that has been discussed, and as the title would suggest are two different things... although it seems some are finding it hard to differentiate. all your doing here, (as i see it) is taking what i said and applying it to apocalyptic proportions to tug at the heart strings of the poor beaten down ethnic minority. when my point was actually quite different. i was talking about the BS of every little thing being called racist, and the authorities becomming scared not to agree in case they are called racist. ofcourse racial discrimination is a bad thing, but only when you add the word employer does this become an issue to me, when you talk about word filters nieghbours bar fights etc etc... people need thicker skin and wyz dont take offnse to that its not intended that way...
