Throw in NYC and you've got a deal!
One solution mentioned is to annex Mexico. Another possiblity is to give them southern California, say, anything south of the LA mountain range. I guess we could throw in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. The combined population should be able to vote out the corrupt government of Mexico City. You know, throw in northern California (where I am), too! Maybe we can elect Arnold as the next Mexican president!
