I guess she lives in a neighborhood with a lot of young people. Looks like a sto-bought list didn't get scrubbed real hard.

Either that or they've lowered the PT requirements since Cing huffed and puffed through.

nah, you can buy a list of 10,000 names and addresses within certain zipcodes that have people in a certain income range, average age, political leanings, etc., for pretty cheap. They bought a list and she happened to turn up on it. De nada.

It cost them less than .40 to design, print, and mail the piece, I bet.
