LA Gang Wars

The World Tribune reports that LA has been officially crowned "The Capitol of Murder." Talk about a bad place to be. Man, over 632 dead in 2002, half related to drugs and weapons by turf wars. Here in 2004, where it counts, the police in LA are to BROKE to recruit new officers. Unless some good officers start to volunteer, I think the city will go into a state of turmoil. Good luck livin for those of you in that part of California. I would have put up a link, but I lost it. Sorry.

They just need to errect a wall around LA and let chaos happen. Then send in the army afterwards to mop up

But for real. LA already basicly has its wall around it. Cops are not recruiting because of them being broke. If you want to shoot someone without getting caught, kidnap them, travel to LA and then kill them. It's sad but true.
