The acts have stayed the same, the definitions of right and wrong have changed, but widespread awareness has probably increased. While I will agree that porn produces a higher awareness of such acts, I disagree with your point. We
should be able to set sex to our own level of importance, ... because, we can. It's the same as letting media dictate to you what beauty is. With knowledge and understanding it's relatively easy to not start hating yourself based on the opinions of advertisements, and the same is true for porn.
Also, I dunno what porn you're watching, but most porn I watch the men are ugly as goat cheese, so why would a guy ever get all emo/sad after watching porn? I mean, look at Ron Jeremy. He's an inspiration to ugly guys everywhere to get laid.
Any girl worth being with won't fault a guy for being "quick" or "small"; so why should he? Any guy who is having self-esteem issues because of porn is probably trying to bang a vacant ho.

From a female perspective alone, I can tell you that more girls are going to be messed in the head because of Cosmo, not porn. And, honestly, I think more girls 'feign' low self-esteem than you think. It seems there's nothing that will gather men around like a flock of vultures than a pretty girl who's just taken a pot-shot at her looks. Girls are manipulative, ... I know a fair share of them who use low self-esteem to attract mates. Isn't that awful? Awful, but true.
