I mainly view this thread for the pictures, I love those. I'm a very mouthy person myself, and I'd probably already have gone off the deep end with these people and probably would have slapped the s*** out of each of them. Even the kids, if they are that annoying. I mean, these people make decent money obviously, they are just lazy, they didn't look fat? So what is their damn problem? Just nasty-ass people, I swear. I've seen this ALOT in the type of work I do. (Appliance repair, mobile tech). I've been into really nice houses, I mean 300,000K and up, and they treat them like dirt. Ugh, I hate disgusting people.

I think I'll throw this out there to add to the amusing stories. Though to be honest its less of about the neighbors than the aftermath. JMJ even pop by to post in the string even if its old.

Anyhow, buy a goat and drop it off in the yard. No cow pies, its smaller and cheaper, I doubt a cow would touch that crap let alone eat it, and you can cart a goat around easier than a cow. If they complain, then blame the broken fence. It just 'wandered in from no where' ^_^

There really is no excuse for letting your yard go that far. There are times when I let the yard go a bit because I'm feeling lazy, but having weeds that go up to your hips and beyond is just too far. ESPECIALLY if you have small children because all that tall grass will attact pests that like to hide and that is not safe.

I skimmed through a few days ago, but does your area have a noise code? If it does then you could possibly report that dog for a violation. Here is California if a dog is in violation of the noise code they cart it away for a few hours to have its vocal cords cut. I had two neighbors who couldn't train their dogs if their life depended on it and someone down the street in the PD reported them and now their loud barks sound like squeeks that you have to be very close to hear.

You could load a garden sprayer with Round Up and "mow" his yard from a comfortable distance. Just do it on a windless day or you'll wipe out everyone else's stuff, too. And when you're done, plink out the speakers of the local house of religion that they use to call the faithful to services. Just be sure to dress up in special costume like Bruce Wayne and Peter Parker do, to keep the authorities from interfering with your justice-dealing.

When I was a teen, my neighbor kept a pretty yard. Nice guy. Nice wife.

Now he's on death row at San Quentin. Serial murderer. Wife beater. (She's now like a sister to me.) Anyone remember the movie "Sleeping with the Enemy" with Julia Roberts? She says that's exactly what her life was like.

Just another data point.
