Haha! So maybe they're participating in internet threads about this family as well

This could very well be...One summer after freshman year of college I worked for a licensed process server/eviction/reposession company in Mass. This was my job...shortly before evictions/repossessions I surveilled the property in question to determine when the occupants/vehicles were there so they could be served.

Ask your wife if she saw a 19 year old kid driving a '79 Buick Regal listening to Elvis Costello...is so they're getting the boot! If she saw a Caddilac then get out of the house for awhile!

If any such thing happens, it won't be from me! It'll be from one of the other neighbors who are sick of them.....I honestly think that eventually one of the neighbors is going to go postal on them. Not me, I like my life and kids too much

Re: oh yeah, RANT ON (or, "I wish my neighbors would hurry up and die")

*cracks open a beer*

God damnit! God hates me! Just when I think there's a chance we'll get rid of them, I hear a nasty rumor! Supposedly, psycho's dad BOUGHT THE FRIGGIN HOUSE! WTF? If they are getting divorced, why in the hell would he do that?? Why can't he buy her a home where she has no neighbors? Now my wife and I need to watch the papers to see the house did indeed sell. This is not good....NOT GOOD! To boot, supposedly they are getting a divorce, but he is there now more than he has been as of late. DAMNIT!

On a funny note, get this. If you don't know what a sonotube is, let me tell/show you:

It's for putting concrete in the ground as a base for supports for decks and other stuff.

Anyway, the neighbor had one of these and his reckless kids thought it would be a good toy. One gets in it and starts rolling down the driveway in it. Now, that is really not that good. However, the oldest kid (about 8) gets in it standing up. His younger brother (4 or 5) decides he wants to push his brother over.....WHAM! It was a pretty hard hit, and the kid starts crying. The younger brother thinks dragging him out by his hair would be a good way to help him out...happed too fast to grab the camera

Oh well, time to have a few beers and stew over the rumor that more than likely will turn out to be true...Noooooooooooooo!

This is not good for you, but it is great for the thread!!! I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Screw it. I'll do both.

Re: oh yeah, RANT ON (or, "I wish my neighbors would hurry up and die")

Small update: Wife was outside with the kids this morning and psycho and her husband were outside. He was tossing some stuff in the dumpster (yes, they got another dumpster, and he threw away *one* of the doors against his deck...not both) and doing some painting. She came out and started a fight with him...wife heard lots of 4 letter words between the two of them, and then she said something to the effect of "And the divorce is still on!". They brought their fight inside, then shortly after she came out and left.

I guess things aren't all peachy between them....she is grossly lazy and incompetent, if he leaves I don't know who will take care of the house and yard and pool..he does a half-assed job, she does absolutely nothing.

It may be time to call a realtor and get out of there before the place really goes to hell.

As amusing as this thread is, you have my sympathies. I don't know what I would do in your shoes.

Re: oh yeah, RANT ON (or, "I wish my neighbors would hurry up and die")

so I come back from a weekend vacation yesterday to see that my neighbors found a new parking spot for their vehicles. Shot taken today. Also found out he's getting nailed for child support payments (he's on his second marriage, never seen the other kids) and a real estate agent has contacted them about selling the house. No confirmation that they are actually going to sell it

Check out this great new parking spot! Yes, that is in the grass. And yes, we have a pretty red dumpster behind the vehicles. YAY!

Of course it's in the grass...if you leave it in the driveway the kids hop on the hood so they can dunk more easily, remember?
