Now, I haven’t read all 27 pages of this but I’m waiting to hear about the time when the car alarms start going off at 3 AM which leads to the dog barking. I feel for you as this has been going on for over a year. Here is my solution. The TG community needs to buy the house and turn it into a timeshare. It looks like they already have the pool.

The area below the fence/rockwall area is my yard. The grass to the left of the vehicles/tapered rock wall is still his yard.

Great idea, if all of tg gives one dollar can we perhaps bribe them away? That would make the news if it worked. Say it would make dig, then you could actually buy there house.

Marmaduke brings the porch down, dogwalker with a big frown
Somebody called the cops, beagle goes bye-bye!

The weeds are 3 feet, open car windows and wet seats
Load Marmaduke in a Volvo, but he comes back again!
