No time to read through this, but I'll share.

Last year I lived in a different apartment complex that was near to a college campus where they were okay with late parties/drinking/etc. Which I was fine with seeing as when I moved in we were told the apartments were super insulated which is why the cielings are about 6 inches shorter than they typically are. Well, these are the shortcomings of what was otherwise a very nice complex.

However, my neighboor whom I shared a bedroom wall with was a complete jerk. He would play music till 4 A.M. blasting it just loud enough to be unintelligible with just enough bass to wake you up because the bed was shaking. My bathroom constantly smelled like pot because it was adjacent to the other apartment's bathroom and that was the only place he could think to toke because I'm sure he thought the bathroom's tiny ass fan would help.

Well, I tell the office, and they essentially do nothing, but I'm sure they told him who was complaining the most because guess what? My car is keyed from bumper to fender and I would come downstairs some mornings to find broken bottles under my car and no one else's. This complex is supposed to have 5 cameras covering the parking lot, guess what? I park next to the office and the cameras don't catch any of this because they don't have any pointing at it.

My wife and I tried to get back at him by knocking the headboard around more than usual, but after a few months he found someone desperate enough to do the same back. ><;; Well, all in all, I'm just glad I don't live there anymore, he would have been a nightmare of a neighbor if I could have gotten a chance to fall asleep.

I havent heard of that bad case here in finland. People usually keep their kids quiet. National habit I quess. We finns arent really talkative anyway, no small-talk culture.
Biggest thing here is this one kid tho. His dad got him one of these 4 wheel motorbike, bugg. He is like 10 years old. Law in finland says that if you want to drive something like that where there is traffic, you need to have motorbike driving license and atleast 15 years old. Not to menton you need to wear helmet.
Now this kid fills up the tank and drives around their yard and front street with that roaringnoisebox thing untill the gas runs out.

If this continues for long I'll sabotage that thing or call cops when he drives on the street. Hopefully that puts end to that noisy buggy of his.

Put sugar in his gas tank. Apparently it clogs the fuel filter. Then again, I don't know how engines on those small machines work, and sabotage *is* illegal, so maybe my advice is no good.

It may clog the fuel filter, won't do much beyond that. But, it would cost them money to repair it. Sand would also work for this purpose, it would take a lot. You could just use quick setting concrete. I mean, don't do that, it's illegal and stuff.

I think I'll call cops on him when I hear the damn thing roar again.

BTW I've been reading now up to page 20 while waiting PoE:2 1.7 to download and install.
Right now, Im in point of decideing if I want to play now or read how the plot thickens

Man, I don't believe these people. Today my wife said to me "When you pass their house on your way home from work, look at the front walkway." Now this is the walkway that goes from the sidewalk right up to the front door. So I take a look at it. There are 4 huge piles of dog crap spread around the walkway. You have got to be kidding me! What the hell? They walk right past it! I actually watched one of them walk up the walkway after I got home! It's not like it's small and un-noticeable, it's great dane crap! There is tons of grass for that dog to crap in, and he does it all over the walkway...probably because the grass is full. All you smell is dog crap when you walk past their house.

Pathetic.

Dont you guys have some kind of law governing public nuisance? I know at my parents' place over in Tampa, if someone has a yard that has an offensive odor or look to the point where people will complain about it and a city inspector deems it justified, the city can fine them and force them to clean it up (criminal charges follow if they fail to do so).
