So this morning psycho left with her boyfriend to get donuts again. Right after she left, he left. No kids in sight.....Home alone! Okay, no big deal...but her mom shows up today with a ton of empty boxes (yay mom!) and late in the afternoon the husband shows up in a Ford Explorer with a buddy driving....maybe his GMC got repo'd? It's Midnight and the vehicle is not there (yes, I went outside and looked).

Well, it looks like part of this story may be coming to an end. Here's the POD being picked up this morning:

I did see the Envoy, it didn't get taken yet. They loaded more stuff into his truck (made several trips back) and took off. They have been gone for several hours. I haven't gotten up to the windows yet, but when I drove by it was completely empty inside. The neighbors on the other side of the house have it much worse than I do. They are closer, they said all they smell is dog crap, and that side of the house is worse than any other side. The pool is still there uncovered and there is tons of stuff on the deck still. I'm sure they'll be back, but it won't be long before I'll be able to get some pics of the inside of that place (from the windows).

I have checked the paper every Sunday and there has been no transfer on the house. My question is, what is going on with the place? Is this house going to go to auction? Man, if it does, I could end up with worse neighbors....I know that would be hard, but damn if it isn't possible. Oh well, stay tuned...in a few days I should have some terrifying images of what the inside of that place looks like!

So I went online looking at deed information for my financially F'd neighbor. Wow, he is REALLY in a bad way. There is a $52,000 federal tax lien on his home. A lumber yard has attached a $19,000 lien on his home. He has a few other small liens as well as owed child support to the tune of $28,817. If my math is correct, that's right at $100,000. I can't believe people like this get home loans. They'll give anybody money.

Anyway, they came back this morning and loaded up more stuff. The deck is almost empty. I have some buddies coming over for a BBQ today and I'm sure I'll have a few too many to drink and I'll go over and get you all some pictures.

EDIT: Forgot to add, if I can find out where he's going, I'll fill out his change of address form with the USPS. I'd hate for him not to get all his bills and certified mail

I hope you all forgive me, I didn't get pictures of something he did. Picture this playstructure:

There was one just like that in his backyard, left by the previous neighbors who owned the house before him. I witnessed his 2 hellions use that playstructure less than 5 times the total time they lived there. On Sunday he came with a buddy and broke it down into 3 pieces: swing portion, clubhouse portion, and slide. They fit all 3 pieces ON HIS TRUCK, strapped it down and drove off.....I am dead serious. If you would've bet me money that it could've been done, I would've said no way. My wife had spoken to the guy who helped him do it (over a year ago) and she said he had 2 kids. My guess is in desperation for money, he sold it to that guy and that's why he was there helping him tear it down. The AC unit in the 3rd floor has been running since Saturday, even though nobody is home. I guess that's no big deal when you aren't paying the bills.

Just looked at the deed website today. On Monday (8/6/07) another $2850 lien was attached to the home. This dude is something else.

I will get pictures, I promise..just gotta do it when I know it's safe.
