I was looking at that too. I know there was a DirecTV dish attached to one of the deck posts with a wood clamp, I'm not sure if the dish fed into that box or not or if that was for the CATV system.

If it IS attached to the DirecTV dish, it could potentially be a very nice multiswitch for someone who wants to put a few extra IRDs in their house.

House is not on the market, yet.

He needs to "do some things" (yeah, no sh*t) to the house first.

It might be a good deal, he wants to sell fast and just break even with the bank. That means a good buy on the house, but I'm sure he's going to ask for more than just breaking even with the bank because he has mega leins that he has to pay off.

With the liens on the house it will be difficult to get a clear title without those liens being paid off. He's going to HAVE to get money to pay them off or the new owner will have one hell of a surprise when the title search is done.

If you can pep talk the wife into talking to him about the house, you should be able to pep talk her into playing lookout while you sneak in and get some video. Either that or I'll have to sneak up there after work one of these nights with my DV camera and do it with you.

I would guess that he was trying to expand the door. It looks like they did the job with a sledgehammer from the broken block at the top. My favorite part of the latest picture is the light switch propped against the block.
