Good news and bad news. Good news: I have 7 minutes of video. Bad news: every time I render it, it looks like complete crap no matter the settings. I'm making one last stab at it, I think it's going to be a huge file. The last one was 65mb and looked like hell, this should be a bit more than double that...i hope it's clear. It's just so pixelated, I'm trying to export it at 640x480 (320 is too small) so you can at least see it. If I don't get it posted tonight, it will definitely be done some time tomorrow.

I am still determined to "legally" get inside the house for some video, I'm sure that's going to be very interesting. You can't see it on the video, but she actually painted the kitchen cabinets black....they were hand painted by someone before, they *were* incredible...oh well.

You ought to organize a team that includes an atty, a contractor, and the neighbors and figure out how to buy that house. I don't know about MA but here in TX it costs about $400 to incorporate. The neighbor is probably desperate for cash, the lien-holders want to avoid a total loss, the mortgage owner is, I'm guessing, exposed to sub-prime issues and would love some cash, and the house is not staged very well. The atty can figure out how to purchase the property and what it's likely to cost, the contractor can figure out how much $$ it would take to get it back on the market as a house instead of as a lot, and you and your neighbors will be back in control of your 'hood and in a position to profit from this loser.

Somebody is going to make a killing on that house, and it might as well be you.

Wow, that looks a lot worse on video than in scattered still pictures. I was thinking to myself before the video that the house would be a great deal for someone who was willing to fix it up on their weekends but some of that stuff looks like the future owner might be better off hiring a contractor. What an absolute mess.
