How can someone live like that? I mean, seriously. Weeds coming out the wazoo, random objects on the lawn with weeds most likely tangling around them, wrecked wood on the decks and rails, garbage bags lying around the place, broken windows... gah, the list goes on and on. Thanks for the video update JMJ. If there's ever a Worst Home in America competition, I think your neighbor's house is a good candidate.

What does your HOA say about this?

The clamp on the satellite dish really says it all. It must take a very lazy person to do something like that when a bolt costs less than a dollar but the clamp was probably more than that.

Well, I live out in central Pennsylvania and for the most part it has white trash as the main staple of residents (outside of farmers and Amish). So yeah, I can appreciate your problems. My first big problem was with neighbors who built into a side of a mountain across from my home and then planted grass (which then could not be cut). These kids had children together after they dropped out of high school and partied all hours of the day (with the exeption of when working at Burger King) and they would sell drugs. I felt so bad for the little boy who lived there, he was left at home almost all day every day with only a non-stop barking dog.
My second problem was when I lived in a duplex in a town near where I live now. In the other side of where I was staying, there was this boy who liked to play airsoft and he had an automatic that held about 100 rounds, well needless to say he would shoot at everything in front of his house. These rounds eventualy made it to the road, but by the time they did, he shot close to 3000 to 4000- even the street cleaner could not get it all.

Nope. No posted signs. I had this issue a while back with kids on the street below cutting through my yard. You have to have posted signs indicating "no trespassing" before you can be arrested.
