Well they have a beautiful new house, can't wait to see pictures of it in a year.

The worst thing that ever happened to me with neighbors was a they put dog crap on my car window after I called the cops on them for noise disturbance at 4am. I was 37 weeks pregnant at the time and not very happy to miss anymore sleep than normal

Wow, seems to me your neghbor sux, but also seems to me your just another upper middle class person whos mad that his neighbor is a carpenter? LOL ok sure your neigbor is tacky, and annoying and full blieve you. But until you've lived in the lower class neighborhoods I'm from, or even in offbase housing, you've not seen white trash. LOL good luck with your problem, but its ashamed you made such a big deal out of his profession, kinda makes you look snobby

It's true that this stuff is common in lower class neighborhoods. Some people are just trashy. That's to be expected in a cheap house, though. You pay a lot of money to live in a nice neighborhood to get away from those kind of nuisances. Not to sounds snobby, but it is a bit annoying. Don't even get me started on income-based housing in expensive places. Grrrrrrrrr. It's not that they shouldn't be allowed, but it brings in a certain undesired element to the mix. It sucks when people pay full price for rent (working their tails off to make the rent), while others do nothing but drink beer outside with their homies, bassing out using their Caddi's rolling on Dub-6's, wrecking the place, and generally not working. Should they be allowed? Ofcourse (if they can pay the same damn rent I have to pay). Do they belong? Nope.

I think what JMJ ment was: He's a carpenter, Shouldn't he be able to take care of this ASAP? Its a eye sore and it's his profession. Logic says he should be able to cope with this and not have a problem to fix it.

In no way is it a shot at his profession(IMO). JMJ has a right to be annoyed, read what his dog does. And yes, I lived on my own and understand the slums of Philly. JMJ has his rights and hasn't violated anything far as I can see. Every town has it's own set of rules and in the area I'm at now, The township will rewared people if they find acitivity like this and you report it.

Were in the same boat here buddy. My neighbor has a dog that had puppies and for some reason her puppies keep digging a hole in my fence and when I come home from school I see them on the other side in my yard chewing up my science project that I put outside to dry. The next day when I tried to explain that a dog at my homework my teacher didn't believe me and she called my parents and she doesn't even believe my parents so guess what I got a freaking F. My parents tried to solve the problem by putting cocrete bricks across the gate but that didnt stop them. And guess what!!! They have an 7 year old son for some reason he jumps my gate and comes in my backyard, I have been filing complaints about these neibors and social workers and police have came to this house numerous times. One day when I came home from school guess what, the little bastard was in my backyard. What I'm trying to figure out is how a seven year old escapes out of his house and jumps a damn gate!! This kid must be high on that splinter cell crap and mastered the art of escaping from parents. I couldnt believe it but the kid was naked!!! Its was a horrible sight to see he looked like a shaved giant pooch!! My friend also has problems with him so he shot him with his paintball gun which was a Shocker NXT so it had to hurt. The mother is trying to press charges but she will lose the case since he was tresspassing on private property so now I have to go to court to defend my friends case
