It's just trash. Look closely on the deck, that's an entire kitchen sink and counter, been there for 3+ months now...just sitting on the deck.

Also can't believe nobody commented on the 2nd set of pictures I posted.....it shocked me when I saw it!

Im so looking forward to house shopping here in the next year or two. You guys are scaring the crap out of me. My fiance wants a great dane so Ill make sure to teach him not to bark all the time.

I just noticed this thread was runnin again! I have a bit of a story as well ....

You see when we bought this house 4 months ago the neighbor "sam" tells me that the neighborhood "is real quiet" and that the only noise youll have is before the county fair when his son starts working on his demo derby car.

Well, i have the occaisional somewhat loud party so im not complaining about the noise.
But! His son left three count em THREE! demo cars in the guys backyard only feet from my property line.....ARRGGH!!!!!!!! Theyre hideous!!!! Other than this sams yard is spotless.

I havent talked to "sam" about this yet but will the next time i see him ....i just wonder if theres any law to back me up on this...(i live outside city limits) but jeez there has to be a law saying you cant have three destroyed cars in your backyard, right?

Yah i was gonna say, isnt there a state law its either 3 cars or 2 full size conversion vans in yard at all times. None shall be able to run and none shall have windsheilds. But the tarp that has "FOR SALE" spray painted on it is optional

Nice story. Man that would really suck, I don't see my neighbors at all. They are apparently ub3r rich, the kind that donate whole wings to colleges. One of them has like 10 sports cars (2 vipers, some corvettes, a couple motorcycles, 3 lexus', and a freaking minivan).

BTW It'd be cool to have a rants and raves forum section to tell stories like this.

Yeah the old saying good fences make good neighbors is true. But freaking incredible fences that cost more than most people's homes make for excellent neighbors.

I was thinking about a ten foot white polymer fence. It looks like wood painted white, but it'll last longer than your great grandkids will...

And that way I can sunbathe nude with my friends from the Teamplay First website, without worrying about JMJ getting upset!
