File Noise complaints with the police, town hall......send the bill for your repainting of the bumper to your neighbor and buy bright outside lights that shine on towards there side of their house (if its a 2 story get enough so both the upstairs and downstairs are lit up at night)

And you could also politely ask your neighbor to put his dog in a kennel so he doesn't bark from being lonely the enitre time he is gone/maybe call the humane society if you think the animal is being treated poorly.

Yep, I'm here.....been super busy, no web surfing time, no game time..........

anyway, so here's the current story. The house never went up for auction, instead it was taken back by the bank, they hired a real estate agent to list the house, and they brought in a cleanup crew to clean the house up. All they did was remove trash and mow the yard. They are not fixing the house up. They put it on the market "as-is" for $229,000. Of course it will sell for less than that. Funny thing, we have yet to see the house shown to anyone. That's okay though, at least the trash was cleaned up and I didn't have to do it, nor did I have to mow the yard.

Which reminds me, the grass is getting long. Time to call the agent and tell him to get it mowed
