I dont have anything against the English team other than Beckham. Completly over rated, and hes a freakin pretty boy. I hate pretty boys. I hope he misses another important penalty kick.

over rated..... pish.... rubbish, that man can place the ball at your feet when you are making a bursting run from the entire length of the pitch.... absolutly no way is he overrated... when he left manchester United, we lost our biggest asset, and spent 3 years trying to find adequate replacement... we still have not got it.... sure he isnt, ronaldinio or ronaldo, but nobody pretends he is... but at what 34-5 orsomething.,.. he is still the best aspectof our Midfield... and we have Gerrard and Lampard.

That 40 yard goal was AMAZING for Germany, as was the first one to the upper far corner. Something i noticed and i think the commentator noticed as well is that the new ball DOES NOT rotate what so ever if hit by a good ball controller, of which there are of course many in the World Cup. Maybe its too early to tell, but there might be a lot of goal scoring throughout the tournament because the goalies will have a tough time judging what the ball is doing. I have hit and have seen people hit knuckle balls, and they are extremely difficult to judge where they are going. Must be even harder to judge a curving ball that has little rotation.

I enjoyed the Germany Costa match. The first and last goals from Germany were incredible. I literally fell asleep for most of Poland v Eqcuador. I woke up 15 minutes before the end of the match, just in time to see Eqcuadors second goal.

It think Germany are taking a gamble with thier tactic of attacking more than defending. It will be make for good football though, lots of goals.

PvE was pretty boring. Just all around bad football.

Germany vs Costa Rica was fun. Tommarow should be a great day though.

I'm dissapointed with Poland's performance. With the way they played they will need a miracle to advance. I'm guessing it's over for them. Theoreticaly with some luck we could have won 3 to 2 with the offside goal and the crossbar/post hits

. Zero shots on goal for us for the majority of the game, a lot of beer and vodka helped it go by at least.

Oh well, not everyone can win.
