Yes, we've heard it all before on this forum, the middle class white man is the one who's actually suffering the most these days. When oh when will he be given reprieve?

From the way you are speaking it sounds like you are not a middle class white man. So perhaps you don’t know what you are really talking about and shouldn't speak like you do. I being a middle class white man, and living in a part of the country with a large illegal population, do have direct relation to this. Perhaps you shouldn't speak about what you do not know.

My son will be going to school in a few years, and I can't afford to put him in a good private school, and yet I make too much money to get financial help. He has to deal with a 40% or more portion of his class having language barrier issues. I am worried about my son being held back because the classes will have to be tuned to the bulk of the populace. And he will be behind the students who would have been in a private school. Any school in the area he goes to there is a large percentage of the children who do not even meet the proficiency rating on standard tests. This scares me, but that is because I am actualy having to deal with the illegal alien issue directly.

Do you have kids? Do you have anything in your life directly affected by this issue? If so explain and I will back off but I doubt you do.

I'm a middle class white male who went through public schools with ethnically diverse classes, with students who may or may not have been here legally (Colorado has a very large hispanic population), and I feel I'm much better off for having met many different kinds of people from many different backgrounds than I would have been if I'd gone to a homogeneous private school. The education itself wasn't bad either, despite what you describe as 'language barriers.'

Heh... Just as an aside, I deported a girl that I went to high school with... She turned into a meth addict and was in and out of jail and somehow never deported until she got caught in Dallas.

1) Get refund on tax returns for the last five years
1) Renounce citizenship
1) Become illegal
2) Pay a $2000 fine and taxes for three of last five years
3) Become a citizen again, highfive--except for the taxes thing again...
4) No, "????"
5) Profit!

Sorry, those should go in 1a. We're assuming that there is some sort of significant waiting period between renouncing citizenship and getting your paperwork from the INS. Plus, this would only be profitable for someone who pays more than $2000 in taxes in two years time.
