Re: So apparently we've banned onling gambling (sorta)?

I know some cards won't allow payment to known Casino outlets, however, they don't block transfers to offshore banks like Neteller in Isle of Mann, who will in turn allow transfers to the casino sites. Although, that just means you need to win 8-12% more to cover the cost of your transfers.

Deliveries of alcoholic beverages are subject to I.D. upon delivery, however, whether or not they actually do it I don't know - although I was considering this weeks woot.wine offer.

I know someone that recently acquired Chech Absinthe via overseas mailorder. The first bottle arrived broken (WOW the box smelled GOOD), the senders promptly mailed a second bottle without additional charge.

Where there is a vice, there is a way.

LOL I have a friend back in FL that gets French absinthe (I believe) in the mail.

It turns out that Full Tilt poker will be operating for the next 9 months or so, so while PP is shut down, there's some recourse for the evil poker players online.

Really, this legislation is absurd. Bravo, Congress. Bravo. (cue Sarcastic Clapping Family)

Apparently, playing Backgammon for money is considered gambling also. Grrr. When you're as good as me it should just be called "supplemental income".

Anyone know if someone other than PP does Backgammon for money?
