The Enemy Within

I am compelled to point out yet another excellent Frontline documentary piece, this one produced by Lowell Bergman (of 60 Minutes/big tobacco/'The Insider' fame).

"The Enemy Within" explores the possibility of terrorist cells operating within the United States. The Lodi, California case is covered in-depth, as well as the recent history of home-grown terrorism in Spain and in the U.K.

The main hypothesis seems to be that the biggest enemy in the 'war' on terror is no longer Al Qaeda, but the enemy from within our own culture(s).

I would particularly point out the interview with Thomas Kean, the co-chair of the 9/11 congressional investigation comittee. Very interesting.
