That is really gross.

What a cute story! Seriously though, if I was that kid the last thing I'd want is to have my face on the internet... holding said spiders.
I remember a friend of mine had a little sister that had a continually worsening headache for like a couple of weeks, to the point where she had a constant migraine and would scream in fits of pain. When they took her to the doctor he looked in her ear, got some tweezers out and pulled out a slice of onion.
