MySpace has reported that in excess of 29,000 convicted sex offenders in the US were found to be holding profile accounts through its hugely popular service, which is a significant jump from the 7,000 attributed to MySpace in May of this year.



That only took how long to get figured out? My sister has one of these things and is 15, she is always getting notes or what ever from people she doesn't know. Its amazing what people will do online, hows that saying go " The guys are guys the girls are guys and the 12 year olds are feds". They need to get that "To catch a predator" on this site.

Good point. But cant they trace the IPs back to the ISPs and get address from there, most states require registration.
