Apparently, Michael Vick has joined al Qaeda and started dogfighting to raise funds to buy missiles from the Iranian government.

Fox has a scan posted of the original hand-written suit here, and yes he wrote it as billion billion. He also accused Vick, among other things, of "using drugs in school zones".
