I own a SIG 28, Glock 23. At work I carry the Glock 17 and AR15-A3 Tactical Carbine. I am at the range with work at least once a month.

I went target shooting a lot when I was late teen / early twenties (never hunting... while I am *NOT* anti hunting, I personally have no interest in actually killing something). I used my father's (actually, great grandfather's) rifle usually, and shared in whatever my friends brought along. Always enjoyed it. I haven't gone in a long time, just for lack of enough interest to do so. Since I don't own any, I'd have to borrow. And it just hasn't come back up on my radar to bother.

I have at times wished to buy a variety of pistols and rifles alike, but I have neither the passion, nor especially the money, to get it rolling. Someday when it's convenient and affordable I might start that collection and go shooting again. But it's just not on my to-do list.

I don't own any guns, but my GF's family are an odd collection of old-time backwoods hunters, gun collectors, and former law-enforcement officers, so we get together a few days out of the year up in the mountains and fill the ground with lead.

I'm a pretty good shot with a pistol and a scoped rifle, but my trap-shooting sucks.

I used to have a few shotguns and an old 7mm Mauser but I got rid of them when I went to college. I do enjoy shooting but there are plenty of other things I'd rather do in the outdoors. I'm not paranoid enough to think that I'll ever feel the need to shoot anybody and I know that statistically, someone I love is more likely to be shot with a home defense gun than an actual intruder so the home defense angle doesn't sell it for me. I've been tempted to pick up a small handgun to scare off bears when I'm hiking or camping but when it boils down to it, I don't want to carry the extra weight.

So I guess I fall into the "don't currently own any guns and at this point don't see the need but still enjoys target shooting" camp.

I like Glock hanguns. Any style AK., but my favorite was when my best friend bought an Armalite AR-50. Nothing like firing .50 cal rounds down range.

I have a Marlin model 60 too. It's the only gun I've ever shot.

[edit] Oh yeah, I would like to get another rifle (I don't have a pistol license) but I'm unsure what.

I’ve been an avid shooter since childhood and have been on the social side of IPSC and IDPA competitions for about 6 years now. My current gun of choice is my new Glock-17, a rather big adjustment from my 92F. Next year its time for a .45 (1911 style.)
I shoot a lot more than most peeps I know. Around 2K a month during the summer months.

I've fired the SA80, on a sat-range, and normally at a range whilst on work experience with my brother, who is royal marines. Fired the Minimi aswell, thats awesome though!!

Dont own a gun (probably illegal right?), but when i get older id probably go to a shooting range if for nothing else but to spew my testosterone all over the cardboard target.
