Here's an idea.
Get your buddy and his wife to go to a game. Get a hot woman to sit next to him on the other side. Pull the same prank but have the hottie in on the prank and jump up and down and hug all over your friend, saying "yes yes of course yes!"

Have something very nice waiting for both of them at the exit.
