Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer...getting error message while installing....

Wondered if anyone new what this ment,can you even read this?

Error 1309.reading from file D:\Document 1\stevens\Locals~ 1\temp\Rar$Di02.390\program files\Aspryr\Kelly slater's pro Surfer\Readme txt.Verify That the file exists and that you can access it.

It means it can't find that file. Copy that path into File Explorer and verify that it's there.
