This guy, Ironhand, does most of the tutorials in the LO/FC game... he has his own web site with tons of other tutorials, some with voice overs...
Check out his site and download some of these tutorials, most you just extract and place in a folder, I call mine "Ironhand" within the replay folder of LO, then you just view replay...
Just released a new one that taught me more about missile evasion then 2 years of trail and error...
