Here ya go! It's free as well.. (the demo at least)
Basically, it's a standalone freespace 2 mod (no, u dont need freespace).. which means, it's damned cool automatically because freespace is bar-none the overall best space sim engine there is (if you like arcadey style).

played the demo and it was neat. I had a hard time keeping my aim on key though and i have a joystick and mouse. Mouse was the easiest.
