Guys, I am wondering what strategies work the best for you.

Would some one out there tell us what their race is and tell us their strategies, before I go?

Online I heard in small matches it's best if you get your first capital ship and then scuttle you Capital Ship Factory, using the money to then buy 10 frigates. Expand to one planet or asteroid and then instantly mount an attack

Don't bother with research except Civilian infrastructure on your second Colony to offset the cost and not lose any money.
