Sins of a Solar Empire: Diplomacy
Stardock and Ironclad just announced the second mini-expansion for SoaSE. It's called diplomacy, and, in a shock move designed to generate publicity, adds extra diplomatic options. Beta is due this Autumn, release should be early next year.
