Oops, sorry, I see what your trying to do now.
I have no idea how to do that. I've been trying just to make my own spreadsheet with just the normal formula on it, but it just won't register.
Hey everyone I'm trying to learn Greek, if anyone has any pointers please PM me!

I think this should be [200P - 100(ABDEF)]/(ABDEF) = 2W, so in the end you would get:

    [100P - 50(ABDEF)]/ABDEF = W

    Which should correspond to:

    (((2P/ABDEF) -1)*100)/2 = W

Which looks nicer, but that doesn't matter if you're putting it into a spreadsheet.

Soooo, try this formula and see if it works

    Cheers

Re: eRepublik - America Under Attack

    Thanks Blizkit!

You dropped a parenthesis, but mapped it out and everything seems to be in order. ^_^

    Final formula looks like:
    Code:
    ((((2P/(ABDEF)) -1)*100)/2 = W
Anyhow...I have a working spreadsheet now with full bells and whistles.

Of course the 'bells' is an empty tin can and the 'whistles' is a dry piece of grass, but its functional.

Even have a small calculator off to the side where I can plug in numbers and see if my employees are actually working at 90 or higher and at what exact number.

    Spread Sheet notes:
    • Three Wellness figures are variables and can be changed to whatever you need. All formulas in the column reference them
    • Blacked out some background figures, but there's stuff under the block that is referenced.
    • "Regional Resource Level" field is variable for raw material companies. It references to the table below it which lists the different numbers for resource the given resource density of your company (default is 'high'). Manufacturing defaults to the manufacturing number.
    • Table for productivity is truncated. The whole thing can be extended to infinite skill level without messing up anything.

    Hmmm...very cool.
What version of Excel are you using? It won't let me save it, must be a different year.

I use office 07, but that creates xlsx files. In order to create an uploadable xls file I had to save it in the older office compatible version.

    Oh...ok thanks.

Anyways the price of food has gone from $.90 to .60 in a week in Greece, I can hardly make money right now.

Wow, no one contacted me to buy the Q2 house. Is there any good place to post sell offers for old houses? Or maybe someone here could use a Q2 house (I can readjust the price to reflect a lower-than-market price)?

I really don't want to just delete it since I did pay close to $350 for it a few months ago.

Go on the forums and try selling it.

    Sorry though I got a Q3 house, don't really need a Q2.

I went straight for a Q5 house myself and practically got it for a steal in my second month of eRepublik. Try contacting a house vendor and see if they'll buy it from you for resale. You'll probably have to give a wholesale price, but its better than nothing.

Something you should probably consider is the increased value of the $ versus gold which may make a gold purchase more attractive.

$350 was something like 8.5 gold before we hit Asia and took a high iron region. Now its closer to 10.6 gold with the new exchange rate.

In other news...Q2 weapons are f'in dirt cheap right now. Its bad for business since I can't get the capital from sales to finance acquisition of raw materials and pay my employees.

Yeah I noticed the last few weeks how affordable Q2 weaps were. Been buying Q2 weaps for most of my fighting over the past 2 weeks.

    Hmmm...no change here in Greece.
Anyways I'm buying my raw grain form Croatia, it's very cheap there. Works out to about .15 GRD p/grain.

I have a new company owner and he seems to be either an idiot or working to screw things up.

It was a Q3 weapons company just upgraded about 2wks ago with 10 employees. The new owner took over and is now up to 14 employees with more incoming and has downgraded it to a Q2 weapons company.

I have trouble keeping track but Serbia is an enemy nation right? New company owner is Serbian.

The company that I have been working at for probably 3 months now was recently sold off to someone new.
