Sorry I know I didn't explain it very well. I've been working at a company which had an eAmerican owner for atleast 3 months now. In the past 3 weeks he upgraded from a Q1 to Q3 weapons company. He was a good owner, he paid attention to your skill and stayed on top of updating your salary when needed and kept employee # at 10 to max production.

In the past week or so the eAmerican owner sold it to an eSerbian owner who so far has downgraded from a Q3 to Q2 weapons company and has been hiring more extra employees. So just from what the new owner has down so far he seems to be either an idiot or trying to wreck the company. Oh and his latest was that he wanted everyone to work at 100% health instead of the 90%+ we have been doing.

Meh, to each their own. As long as your wages stay in a good place I don't think you need to worry about the management of your company if you're only an employee. Also the citizenship of the person doesn't really mean much unless they're actively trying to sabotage someone.

Hell, my best workers are Iranian and French. The silly Americans are the ones I have to keep an eyeball on. This one girl was trying to pull a fast one on with her interpretation of "please try to maintain over 90 wellness" meaning start at 100 wellness, train, fight 5 times, work at 49 wellness, then use the hospital to end the day at 97 wellness.

Good news for me. Working for myself is quite profitable. With the wage bubble burst (everything is going into land worker wages) I could work for 8 USD a day at manufacturing skill level 5 OR work for myself and produce 2.5 units of 2* weapons for a sales value of around 11.80 USD after taxes.

At least weapon prices are a little out of their slump. Prices still fluctuates wildly, but at least now I have enough in liquid assets to just hold on to inventory till the prices rise to a decent profit margin. My employees are driving me nuts though. Its like they just don't understand or care about keeping wellness up. The lack of fights these last two days aren't helping much either.

Tell them to fight in the Chattisgarth(sp?) resistance battles every day we don't have a real battle to fight that's what i've been doing.

Yeah, but even those haven't been going on lately or have ended early as thing stall to start.

Looks like we're finally going to push forward with an invasion of the UK via Norway's MPPs.

Yeah and that's not going so well.
I can't believe Romania may leave EDEN! They say they aren't, but as of right now, they are not sending any soldiers to help out any other country other than Croatia. Considering Romania has the oldest players in the game, this may cause some slump in EDEN's battle stats.

sigh...yeah unfortunately the president of Romania is also unhappy. And having hundreds of people making newspapers flaming the eUS doesn't help either.

Seems like a war on two fronts since we're opening up multiple battles against France (thought they were wiped out) and the UK. Free guns are back which is driving up prices nicely as the government buys up weapons for distribution.

Nothing like a full scale war to drive up the economy. Oddly enough, USD value is falling, was 33:1 now it's 37:1. Good news for doing business in USD, not so good for expansion capital.

My org bought a grain company (upgraded it to q2) and I'm making killer money right now.

I'm getting sick of being a business owner. I can't fathom why I ALWAYS get the workers who are sitting at 20-30 wellness and do jack. I have 5 good employees, myself, and a rotating door where crap comes in and crap gets kicked out. Now they're going to upgrade the economic module so businesses will be a completely different from how they are now...well...except land businesses. Those will stay pretty much the same.
