    Surely TD was C&C 1, red alert was C&C 2, TS and RA2 were 3 and 4, and generals was C&C 5, thus making the next release C&C 6?

    If you look at the series over all then yes but if you look at them as Tiberium games/General/Red Alert you get this being the 3rd C&C.

    I absolutely loved the first C&C back in the day, and bought Tiberian Sun the day it came out... I'm looking foward to what they do with the series in this one.

    I never had the original C&C just the 3mission demo, that i played the hell out of. But i have bought and played each and every single version of it since its release. Renegade sucked, and so did generals. WIll be nice to see a legacy live on
    that sounds like a good idea trooper.

    I haven't played Renegade, but I thought generals was pretty awesome. RA2 was the one I found most disappointing.

    Generals had good aspects, but it was so slow over LAN it was almost unplayable. Not alot of options for each side either.
