VUG, the makers of SWAT 4, have released a video showing how to make quick missions for SWAT 4... they also released a pack of missions they made.

New maps are really what is needed here, (got to wait for the add-on for that), at least some new missions, one with a boatload of bad guys to engage, better then nothing I guess....

BTW after downloading extra the one file to your SWAT4/Scenario folder... then to play them, pick Quick Mission Maker on the main screen, then load the "mission pack".
