VUG, the makers of SWAT 4, have released a video showing how to make quick missions for SWAT 4... they also released a pack of missions they made.
New maps are really what is needed here, (got to wait for the add-on for that), at least some new missions, one with a boatload of bad guys to engage, better then nothing I guess....

(look at the dates to see whats new... video and mission section.
BTW after downloading extra the one file to your SWAT4/Scenario folder... then to play them, pick Quick Mission Maker on the main screen, then load the "mission pack".

SWAT4 QMM pack, a pack of 8 quick mission maker missions made by the Q&A team for SWAT4 to show how to make new missions. (extract to your SWAT4/Scenario folder, then start game and load pack from the quick mission screen.)
