I just want to give a shout-out and a thanks to my buddies over in WoW. Much of the content in our Clan app, creed, faq, etc. was gleaned from articles they already had written. I just simply tailored them to Tabula Rasa.

They run a tight ship over there that's been pretty successful (I should know, I played with them.. and still do, albeit not as much lately). There's no sense in reinventing the wheel when you have a good example to follow.
