SWEET!! New build is up on the Test Server. Here are the patch notes:

As usual, it's quite extensive and I applaud the devs for such broad fixes and additions.
Of particular note: MILITARY SURPLUS (woot!) is active in the test server. Also, Torden Mires performance problems have been fixed. Rage gets a nerf (IMO it should, it's overpowered). Polymorph gets some tweaks (nerfs somewhat, but buffs in other areas). There will be a screenshot tool and a toggle UI switch (no more need for fraps unless u plan on recording - sweet).
There's a million other tweaks and fixes I aint goin' into. Glad to see them though. Looks like the game is really gettin' polished in all areas. Things should really be moving along nicely next week.

Looks like military surplus isn't an auction house yet but it least it will make things way easier to trade with other players until it's finished. Also one thing in there that will make you guys happy: mires no longer has performance issues. Oddly there's also things in there that were in the last patch supposedly. I guess they didn't stick the first time.
One thing that annoys me is they're slipping changes in that are not in the change logs. They already made it so polymorph will not go through shields (even if we own the cp, wth?) and didn't say anything about it|TG-Irr| Snake Doc

There's no way they'll leave it at only 25% though (in the test server). I'd expect them to end up releasing it live with like 50%. 100% is too much though.

Just want to make some comments:
-Amoeboid: Hitpoint multiplier on all variants has been reduced by 33%.
-Warnet: Hitpoint multiplier on all variants has been reduced by 33%.
Yay! those slimes always had too many hit points (they'll jam ya more now tho), and now the Warnets are easier to swat. Should help make up for them being so annoying.
-Juggernaughts will once again pack significant punch, approach at your own risk.
You've been warned! Those things were pussy cats before, they deserve this, they sure *look* like big hurt.
-Temple of the Raging Patriarch: 3rd control point no longer requires you kill the boss before you can take the control point.
This should make that part significantly easier, and less confusing:
-Changed control point defense missions to require 25 tokens versus the previous 100.
WHOA! Thats a nice one! Maybe people will be a slight bit less desparate to constantly save the CP's from bane capture in the first place...
-Known issue: Staff is not currently getting a bonus to melee damage with each pump level. This is a bug. Both melee and ranged damage should increase with each pump of this skill.
This is a good note for guardians, and those looking to become. Hopefully they will fix this soon, as it seems as if it would be a pretty sucky bug.-Ryan (Sven)
