**Clan War Initiated**

We're now at war with clan "K.O.S. Squad." They declared on us earlier but I declined; I decided to return the favor.

KOS Squad is highly ranked... they havent lost yet and are 5-0. 17 members with an avg. lvl of 27. Only websites I could find are these:

Not sure if they're even the same squad. Regardless, they're member protected.

The folk who are still in wilderness/divide/palisades watch ur backs. 9 times out of 10 these wars are all about ganking low lvl folk.

If you dont have or use Teamspeak, now is the time to get it working. Use it or die basically.

Never sit idle in one place for too long w/o someone watching your back. Dont go /afk and just sit there in the middle of Alia Das. You're better off logging off.

There are a million PvP tactics I could post here... so I'll put up a PvP tactics sticky.

Watch your backs... work together. Use TG tactics (if you dont know em, learn em).

Clan "GMN" defeated. They surrendered due to our "lamerness" as said by their CL.

Well, picking a fight with a clan that has an average level almost 10 above ours might not have been the way to go for our first fight.

Their main tactic is bringing along a lower level character with 2 to 4 higher level ones. The high ones lock you down while the low guy gets the kill and thus the credit.

Not much you can do to combat it unless our 2 or 3 high level players are around to help.

I will say that they are also good at showing up at the wrong place at the wrong time. We got hit by one guy during a base attack and he just wrecked us until we were able to get organized. Was VERY hard to track him in the middle of 50 or so Banes with weapon effects flying everywhere. Was a good move on his part.

People have to keep in mind that even though this game has numerous FPS elements, it still really comes down to levels and numbers in PvP. You can be the better player, but it will be rare that you can overcome a 3 to 5 level difference regardless of your skill. You can beat the number odds when you have somewhat even levels...but when they are 2+ levels higher than you....not going to happen very often.

So keep your eyes open and roll with a group whenever possible.

We are in the lead by 3 right now, where have you guys seen this clan mostly located? I would love to get atleast 1 kill.

They hunt in the Foreas zones, from what I've mostly seen. Given that most of our clan is still in those zones, that makes sense on their part.

Their higher-level players are frequenting zones like Mires and such. Snake Doctor needs to watch his back, since he's our only 30+ player. Thus far.

Most of their players are actually clones. In reality, they're just a small group of dedicated guys. They can clone in/out of the proper level to get kill credit of course. Which is something we can also do. Their mains I believe are mostly near or above lvl 30.

"Stenbro" is the clan leader, his 27 Ranger is actually a PvP Clone. His main is 30+.

I think they should allow individuals to turn on and shut off pvp personally. But not just on a whim. If you turn it on it should take a few minutes to come on and a few minutes to shut it off. So you have to consciously want to PVP.

I just hate being ganked when I'm fighting npc's or afk. People shouldn't have to log just to go grab a drink.

That being said, if high enough to fight to help someone fight another person I will help.
