When GTL was originally released in the US and Canada, they forgot to put the online keys in the package, They did apparently fix this on some later product runs, but it's a crap shoot whether you get a box that has a code in it or not.

Then, in history somewhat repeating itself, they released the GTR2 bonus edition with GTL included and forgot a key again. This time it was the Starforce CD key, which is why that's showing up on the websites - although not when I looked for it last week, I had to email them. They DID include the online key for GTR2 and GTL on the CD case. GTR2 didn't need a serial key for the disc, I guess that's why they forgot to include that for the bonus GTL.

I recieved my key via email from them so i should be good to go for some racing this week.

My wheel should arrive today, but I'm still awaiting an online key from 10tacle's Support. Hopefully I'll receive one before tonight.

I also got that message, it's their default reply mail. Mail them again asking for a response in reply to that.
