Re: Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - Overview and Review
BF2 is an inexpensive game right now, There are two popular mods at TG for it. Project Reality, and Point of Existance. PR is the more popular mod at TG and regularly fills up its 64 person server.

Re: Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - Overview and Review
As others have said there are so many choices out there! I'm currently enjoying my game time playing Arma mostly. Your review of the newest in the Quake series though causes me to reconsider(I have played 0 of the Quake series) cause I'm sure with like minded gamers this a blast. Time though for real life is where I must make provision!

Re: Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - Overview and Review
Truth be told, I never like the actual quake games either. I viewed this release with lots of caution simply due to quake in the name. I did however love rtcw and wolf:ET. ETQW is very similar to Wolf:ET in terms of gameplay.

Re: Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - Overview and Review
I just picked up a copy today. I'm a bit overwhelmed, there seems to be a ton of stuff flying across my screen so situational awareness isn't what it could be. Hopefully I'll be able to join you tonight.

Re: Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - Overview and Review
I'm having a huge amount of fun playing this. It's pulled me away from WoW.
![]() Alas, I'm having a devil of a time getting a dedicated Linux server to run. It keeps complaining that it can't get authenticated. I was gonna check the official ETQW forums today but it looks like their website is hosed. I suspect their DB got blown away. http://community.enemyterritory.com/
