I assume the voice recording issue is the same one with all recorders. fraps guncam etc all have this problem. The audio recorded by these programs is the "what you hear" kind. It does not mix in the mix since you dont play the mic back through your speakers.

The solution: play the mic back through your speakers/headphone. It takes some settings tweaking, but it can be done.
