CALL OF DUTY 4: MODERN WARFARE DOWNLOADABLE MAPS ON THE WAY
Santa Monica, CA – February 4, 2008 – Fresh intel from Activision headquarters (Nasdaq: ATVI) reports that new global conflicts are planned in the form of downloadable multiplayer maps for the award-winning Call of Duty® 4: Modern Warfare™. I'm thinking these are the custom maps being made by people right now.
IW is having a mapping contest, and it ends March 31st, and they are looking for the best maps. I'm pretty sure these selected will be the map pack for the two consoles. http://www.infinityward.com/communit...?topic=13786.0 and from this quote, Quote:

They are leaving it up to the mod community more than likely. We will have infinite number of maps coming, plus all the mods, skins, and new models.
