UBISOFT ANNOUNCES ASSASSIN'S CREED FOR PC WILL LAUNCH IN MARCH
PC Version Will Feature Brand New Exclusive Side Missions
London, UK – February 6, 2008 – Today Ubisoft, one of the world’s largest video game publishers, unveiled Assassin’s Creed™ for PC will be available at retailers end of March.
Following in the wake of the critically acclaimed and worldwide console hit Assassin’s Creed, the PC version entitled “Assassin’s Creed™, Director’s cut edition” will feature four brand new exclusive types of investigations, thus providing even more ways for players to explore the various locations of the Third Crusade.
Players will assume the role of the main character, Altair, and will work to stop hostilities by suppressing both sides of the conflict and experience the art of a master assassin. With more than 5 million units of the console versions sold to date worldwide since its mid-November 2007 launch, Assassin’s Creed PC is set to expand upon this success.
“We are thrilled to bring Assassin’s Creed to an eager PC audience and we anticipate the game will resonate with them just has it has across the other platforms,” said John Parkes, EMEA Marketing Director at Ubisoft. “Assassin’s Creed is a game that must be experienced firsthand to fully understand how dynamic and meaningful this title has become for video game fans worldwide.”
Assassin’s Creed for PC is rated “18+” by PEGI.

Thank god, I've been wondering when it was coming to PC. That's why I did not buy it for the 360.

Undoubtedly one of the best games on PS3 at the moment, and it will probably stay on that mantle for quite a while.

I usually buy for PC when given the chance on multi platform games, but im gonna have to say, imo, i think games like this (platformer action) is a lot better on a console for the sole benefit of a controller. That being said, you could use a controller for pc too and the graphics might be a bit better so...

Don't buy it. First off, the specs for it go beyond even my computer (not to brag or nothing :P). Secondly, after a while the game just gets boring. Too dang repetitive.

Re: Ubisoft Announces Assassin's Creed For Pc Will Launch In March
you shouldnt tell someone not to buy it. Just because you dont like it, doesnt mean no one else will. By stating your reasons why you disliked it, the reader can then decide for him or herself, based on what they like and your comments, wether or not to buy it. Flat out telling people not to buy something eliminates the readers freedom of choice. Opinions, both good and bad, are welcomed about anything. By giving more reasons WHY you disliked something will ultimately help the reader when making his/his decision.

Snail said that you shouldn't tell someone not to do something as it takes away freedom of choice.
Well, this video review gives the story away, and the story was pretty much the only reason I kept playing the game despite it's repetitiveness.
So if you haven't played it already and was planning to DON'T WATCH THIS VIDEO REVIEW UNLESS YOU DONT MIND HUGE SPOILERS ABOUT THE STORYAnger is a gift - Malcolm X
