Project Reality Mod is having an
internal scrim on Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m. EDT, and sign-up is still open. Teams are full, but there's a good chance you'll get to play if you get on the reserve list early!
Sign up is expected to open soon for the
Official PR Mod Tournament. There's
quite a bit of interest here at
TG, so squad up!
PR Mod password nights are scheduled for this Thursday, March 7 and Sunday, March 10, at 3:00 p.m. EDT. These nights have traditionally featured very high quality gameplay, and generally reduce the ratio of pubbie minded players to hardcore players significantly.
The
TG Point of Existence 2 community is holding an
internal scrim this Sunday, March 8 at 2 p.m. EDT. Sign-up is closed, but it should be good fun for those participating. We'll include an AAR next week!
Speaking of
PoE2, the mod's developers released
news update #120 last week. Included are comments on changes to tank HUDs and a fix for kit icons in the squad menu.
BF2142 is
trying out the Clan War Mod this Friday, March 7 on the Private Server. This mod features shorter round times, limited unlocks, and no vehicles. No sign up is necessary, just check the thread and show up!
Counter-Strike: Source PCS Lockdown night on Friday, March 7. Fridays are PCS Lockdown Day. All day on Friday, Server 1 will have a password. Please see the announcement in the
CS:S forum for more information.

- Stranger (PC) - This real-time strategy/role playing game sounds like an interesting concept.
- Imperium Romanum (PC) - A historic RTS in which you assume the role of governor of a Roman province.
- Tom Clancy's Chronicles (PC) - This package of tactical shooters includes the classics Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, and Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield all in one box for only around $20. A good way to get into tactical shooters if you haven't already.
- Army of Two (360, PS3) - EA's new next-gen action game features an emphasis on co-operative tactics - either with a friend or using an AI partner.
