    Tactical Gamer Presents: Infantry Only night!


    We have all been there before. You have a solid infantry squad with excellent communication. Everything thus far has been great. You have stopped several enemy advancements and you think you have done it. Then out of nowhere....BOOM!!! A Main Battle Tank 800 meters away have shelled your entire squad. And he just sits there...waiting.

    Well not this time. Now it is the infantries time to shine. No more "CAS" squads. No more "Armor" squads. No more "Helo" squads. Just some good ol' fashion GRUNT work. So lace them boots up and get rid of your tankers helmet and flight gear...you are on the ground soldier.

    When: 24 May 2008
    Time: 5 pm CST
    Maps: Kashan Desert, Qwai River, Battle for Qinling, Operation Ghost Train, EJOD Desert, Daqing Oilfields, Kyong ni'....
    Rules: Each side will spawn with 5 Transport trucks and 5 Support trucks. Building Firebase's and Bunkers will be essential for additional vehicles. All other TG PR rules will still be enforced.

    I would also like to send a thanks Fuzzhead for modifying the server files so we can get this set up. I hope to see you all there.

    Oh yea...I forgot to mention that this is for the Project Reality mod for Battlefield 2. If you have never tried PR or haven't played in awhile, now might be a great time to jump onto the server without fear of getting rocked by Armor and Aircraft.

    I am looking forward to this, i take it, it will be in either the 64 or 32 sizes....it will be nice to get some heavy inf fighting without worrying about mad HATters going crazy.

    just curous but what vehicles do we get? kashan and qingling would be really really bad without transports, and u need the command trucks to build firebases etc

    I have different questions: Do we have to different a special map pack to play it?

    You will not need anything client side (except for the mod itself). It is all server side modding.

    Hey iam back in PR and just on time to take part in that cool event
    My questions are :
    Will there be vehicles respawn in main base except those 10 trucks on start?
    How to recognize transport truck from support truck?
    And finally what happen when one team lose all bunkers and support vehicles, will they get another support trucks at main or they are screwed?

    Infantry night will be postponed for one hour to get some kinks worked out. We still have some editing to do. I will keep you all in the loop. Sorry for any inconvenience. Same time tomorrow gents!
