A staggering number of improvements and additions have been added to the game in the past months, and there has never been a better time to return to Age of Conan than now! All of your characters are waiting for you in Hyboria.

Everyone gets one free character transfer between servers in Age of Conan. So unless you have already used up this opportunity, this means that you will be able to transfer any of your characters to another server – for free!

Since launching Age of Conan we have introduced new ways of subscribing to the game, and you no longer need to pay only with a credit card or game time card. Those screenshots were taken on my computer and not doctored up at all. The game is quite stunning and has a lot of very good mechanics to it.

Many people here once played and moved on but the game has only gotten better with time all the way around.

Eh I'll try it out again, though I doubt I'll be impressed, all my gear is still the gemmed stuff from when gemmed items weren't nerfed about a year ago.

EDIT: I now might download it, I got to some step during the download that was 11.8 GBs.

Gems changed a lot, I was also there with all gemmed up gear, then it was nerfed when I quit, supposedly it was going to be fixed, now all my dagger damage gems give a combat rating, so I'm not sure how it fares now.

I also forgot to mention that if you leveled a character over 50 you get the option to create a new character at level 50 of any class.

Thanks for this post! Game has come along way from alittle over a year ago. Was going planning on posting the new features - but have taken a bit of leave of absence but I'm slowly starting to play more!

Tried it and IMHO dont waste the time to DL / update the game. So not worth it, nothing really has changed and most of the classes had HUGE nerfs. I got the email inviting me back and figured what the hey, lets try it. Patching took almost 4 hours and after 20 min of playing, I was back to playing BF2.

I have it in my drawer. I might give it a second chance. I was sorely disappointed when I found out that I was stuck with euro servers and couldn't play with any TG buddies

20 minutes is hardly a fair try. To each his own though some people just don't like the game.

20 Min was plenty of time for me. I was in beta and played from launch so its not impressive when you see things that we were complaining about back in beta and are still not fixed.

Its also funny when on that video how the designers are talking about player feed back and community after lvl 80... AoC if nothing else has one of the WORST communities. well at least on Cimmera there was little if any community.

But youre right, to each their own.

Contrary to belief, WoW is not that great of a MMO. Even Warhammer did a better job, since it is the real Warhammer.

The game is undoubtedly better now. The real question for players now is if they actually enjoy the game. I saw quite a lot of people on cimmeria.

I think the game is better. I still haven't reached the end yet, but I have noticed that more content seems available. Its been fun so far.
