Tactical Gamer... the Community

This is the first in a series of articles I hope to write about Tactical Gamer. My hope is that this series raises awareness of what Tactical Gamer was, is, and is striving to be. My goal is to produce at least one article per week. If there are topics that you'd like to see covered, then feel free to submit your ideas.

Tactical Gamer... the Community

"A community is a group of people who share similar passions and form relationships over time by interacting regularly around those shared experiences, which are of interest to all of them for varying individual reasons."

Tactical Gamer is a collection of individuals and groups that share a passion for a mature gaming experience. We strive to offer top quality teamwork and objective-based play. In addition we want to provide a simulated experience that immerses the player deep into the environment provided by the game itself.

Who are these mystical creatures we call Tactical Gamers?

Tactical Gamers come in many shapes and sizes and may take on any of the following forms.

The limited forum visitor who actively participates on our game servers.
The subscriber and non-subscriber who interact with dialog throughout our forums.
The player that makes Tactical Gamer their primary home.
The member of an external group who actively battles on our servers or interacts on the forums.
The members of an In-House Squad.
The administrative teams.
... and many other forms not listed here.

We're all Tactical Gamers! It doesn't matter from where or how you arrived. If you're looking and believe in what we strive to offer then you're a welcomed addition to our community. So look across the keyboard and listen to what those on the other side of that computer screen have to say. Contribute to the mature constructive dialog and enjoy the intense battles on the game servers. Get to know one another and learn about the different experiences and perspectives we all bring to the table.

Let's continue to build upon the success we've had and make this community stronger. I've got faith in all of you.
