Ubisoft Cancels Ghost Recon 2... - Page 2

This honestly isnt a surprise. The PS2 version sucked donkey cock.. and the Xbox version wasnt any better.

Maybe this time they will learn not to release this game on a console first..

I picked up SWAT 4 today at the local Best Buy. I'll figure out this evening what is required to run the dedicated server. I'm hoping it doesn't require a full upload of the game itself to run the server..

It does require a pretty large upload. Pretty much the entire game. It would be nice if they packaged a separate download but they didn't...

SWAT 4 plays pretty well. As Sarc stated, there are some annoying parts to the game, but once your in it's all pretty good. Let's face it, it's the first decent MP Coop game to come out since...

Ghost recon/ Raven Shield.

What I like about this is that it isn't all KILL KILL KILL. Arresting suspects is much more fun, and using all the gadgets and stuff make it very refreshing. It's also very team orientated. You run off by yourself and you're dead. Stick with the team and work together, covering each other and moving tactically and you should come through. It's a game that requires planning, thought and tactics - and definitely belongs on the servers.

Maybe a SWAT 4 forum? One thing though is at present, only limited amount of missions but hopefully the mod community will sort that out.

I didn't get a chance to play it yesterday, but I did get a SWAT 4 server up late last night. I'm going to make the forums today to help get the SWAT 4 ball rolling.

I currently have the server set to Co-Op, but if anyone notices any settings that need to be tweaked, please feel free to let me know about them!

I played the SWAT 4 MP beta for about an hour one night and I really liked the feel ingame but I was playing a pub beta server and everyone was tossing flash bangs every which way every couple minutes and it was really difficult to accomplish anything. I would definatley be interested in playing this game at TG once I can afford to pick it up. I liked Swat 3 but really never got much of a chance toplayit online.
