Battlefield 2 Demo Release Update
One of the EA Community Reps just posted an update. The BF2 demo has completed the quality control stage and is currently pending release. The file itself has not yet appeared on GameSpot, but we will be keeping a close eye on it and make another announcement as soon as it becomes available!
There are currently being some administrative steps being performed and links being provided, so we should have this release relatively soon!
Tactical Gamer WILL be hosting the Battlefield 2 demo this evening, so grab the demo and hop on and play with us!

The BF2 demo is going to weigh in at a hefty 582MB.
Make sure you all have the room to download and install the file. You don't want to be wasting time trying to clean up your machines while the rest of us are playing!

This demo contains both single AND multiplayer. There is only one map being provided in this demo, the Gulf of Oman, in 16 and 32 player modes. There will also be an enforced time limit on the map but that actual time limit has not yet been nailed down.
